Revell-Monogram, the company that has made at least 65 of the 87 aircraft in my model collection was recently bought out by a new company. This wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for the fact that said company has forced them to stop giving free replacement parts to modellers who lose or damage parts when they're building their models.

I had to find this out the hard way when I tried to get new parts for my Ju-87 Stuka kit and found that my order for spare parts was cancelled, and an email from a customer service employee told me of the new policy. I can still get replacement parts, if I send in a money order for $10...where as $13 will get me a whole new model kit....*sigh* I hate caplialism.

On a much, much better note, just today I got a super rare kit in the mail, a model of the Me-109 TL, the jet powered version of the Me-109 of World War II fame. =3
